2. Orders & Payments
- We accept the following payment methods: Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
- Customers may cancel an order before dispatch by notifying us within 48 hours of placing the order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery timelines:
- Kerala: 2–3 working days.
- Rest of India: Up to 7 working days.
- In case of delivery delays or damages during shipping, IMADE will take full responsibility and resolve the issue with the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns only for:
- Damaged products on arrival.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Important:
- Customers must provide an unboxing/opening video of the package to claim damage or wrong product.
- Products once used, tested, or unsealed cannot be returned.
- We provide sample products with certain items. If the customer has used the main/full-size product, it is not eligible for return.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate shipping and billing details.
- Any incorrect address or contact information leading to failed delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Customers agree not to misuse our website or products.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product images, text, design, and logos, is the property of IMADE. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure product quality and safe delivery. However, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malappuram, Kerala.
