How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Kerala: 2–3 working days
Other states in India: Up to 7 working days
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it and before dispatch. Orders after dispatch cannot be canceled.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products. Customers must provide an unboxing/opening video for verification. Products that are opened, used, or unsealed are not eligible for return. Refunds or replacements are processed after verification.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
