1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel their order before dispatch by contacting us within 48 hours of placing the order.
  • Full refunds will be processed to the original payment method for orders canceled before dispatch.
  • Orders after dispatch cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products received.
  • Important:
    • Customers must provide an unboxing/opening video for verification.
    • Used products cannot be returned.
    • Sample products provided can be kept by the customer, but main products once opened or used are not eligible for return.
  • After verification of the damage or wrong product, we will:
    • Replace the product with a new one or
    • Issue a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds, if approved, are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any product that is opened, used, or unsealed is non-returnable.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
