1. Order Cancellation
- Customers may cancel their order before dispatch by contacting us within 48 hours of placing the order.
- Full refunds will be processed to the original payment method for orders canceled before dispatch.
- Orders after dispatch cannot be canceled.
2. Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products received.
- Important:
- Customers must provide an unboxing/opening video for verification.
- Used products cannot be returned.
- Sample products provided can be kept by the customer, but main products once opened or used are not eligible for return.
- After verification of the damage or wrong product, we will:
- Replace the product with a new one or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Refunds, if approved, are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Any product that is opened, used, or unsealed is non-returnable.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or refund.
